If you own a home in Miami, your mailbox is probably full of "WE BUY HOUSES" letters and postcards. We know, because we're the people sending one too. So it's fair to ask what makes us any different.

Most of that mail isn't local. A lot of it comes from big companies based in other states, or from people who don't actually buy houses at all. They collect your information and sell it to whoever pays the most. You become a lead, not a person.

We're an actual local couple. We're William and Luiza. We live in Miami. That's our real dog Penny on the card. When you call the number, you get one of us, not a call center. When we say we buy homes here, we mean we've personally done it more than 70 times in this city.

We'll tell you the truth, even when it costs us. If listing your house with an agent would net you more and you have the time, we'll say so. If selling to us is the simpler, better move for your situation, we'll explain why. We'd rather give you an honest answer and lose the deal than talk you into something that isn't right for you.
